This charming two bedroom cosy cottage in a fabulous quiet Clifton location is the ideal base for your visit to the city of Bristol! The cottage can comfortably sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom, and two single beds that can be pushed together to make a large double bed if required). It has a full bathroom plus a separate office working space in the basement. The cottage is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen and wifi, ready for your visit! The area has a residential parking scheme – please ask if you need a permit for your car as a limited number of on street parking permits are available.

The house is set across two floors as well as a basement.

Downstairs: a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, all plates, cutlery etc. provided for your stay. A breakfast bar and stools, open plan to the living room with sofas and a coffee table. There is a TV in the lounge for your use. The sofa converts into a sofa bed.

Upstairs: Two comfortable bedrooms, with linens and towels provided for every guest. Please note the spiral staircase maybe unsuitable for guests with mobility issues, young children and elderly. Please contact me before booking to check it is suitable for your needs.

We also provide luxury toiletries and basic items for the house such as loo roll, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar.

You will have the entire property to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

Clifton has a residential parking system in place. Generally there is paid on street parking for up to 3 hours, free between 9pm – 9am, and all day Sunday/Bank Holidays. We have a limited number of all day parking permits that can be provided per stay – please enquire.
