A luxurious, light and spacious 3 bedroom top floor apartment with off street parking for two cars situated in a fantastic location. Easily accessible for Clifton College, Bristol Old Vic Drama School, Bristol University, the BBC, Clifton Village, Bristol Zoo Gardens, Bristol City Centre, Harbourside, shops and cafes.

The Space

This newly furnished 3 bedroom apartment has a modern fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, complete with all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided.
You can relax in the lounge which has a TV with freeview and free unlimited high speed WiFi. Bedroom one has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. Please note, this top floor apartment is up 2 flights of stairs (no lift or elevator). We provide high quality linen and towels for your stay. The 2 bathrooms have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Other amenities include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

"Lovely, bright, clean and spacious apartment. Looks just like the pictures. Was perfect for us with teenagers - there were three separate areas to sit in so everyone could have their own space of they needed. TV with Netflix and comfy sofas in the lovely sitting room. It is set in a beautiful area, about a 20 minute walk to Clifton village and 10-15 to the bridge. We got a cab (& Uber operates well here) to the harbour which took around 10 mins or so and well worth visiting for the day with places for lunch, a boat trip, the SS Great Britain museum & M-shed."
