Fabulous Balcony Apartment on Royal York Crescent
Location! Stay in an iconic Clifton Georgian on Bristol’s finest street with open balcony and views across the Docks and the West Country. This renovated 2-bedroom flat is right in Clifton village among the best restaurants, cafes and pubs in Bristol and an easy 15 minute walk from the City Centre. Perfect for business travellers, couples or small families visiting the universities or local private schools.

Clifton has a residential parking system in place. Generally there is paid on street parking for up to 3 hours, free between 9pm – 9am, and all day Sunday/Bank Holidays. We have a limited number of all day parking permits that can be provided per stay – please enquire. There is also free parking about 10 minutes walk away from the apartment.

This luxurious flat is fully furnished and refurbished to a high standard. There is a mezzanine area with a double futon – a cosy snug area for children. The area has a residential parking scheme – please ask if you need a permit for your car as a limited number of on street parking permits are available.

"This is an absolutely beautiful flat which I'd highly recommend. Wonderfully light and airy with high ceilings, heaps of space, tonnes of character and amazing views. It's in a super location right in the heart of Clifton Village with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops on the doorstep. The apartment was immaculate and the host provided everything we could need, including tips for the local area and great instructions for coming and going. A really fantastic stay."
